TRACERS: When I receive your order I will be sending you the TRACER by EMAIL. I manually send these out a few times a day. Please allow up to 24 hrs for it to come through. If you are NOT finding it in your email... PLEASE contact me & lets see if we can track it down... (maybe it went into your spam folder or some people have a promotions folder as well). Call or text me at 419-413-0544 or email me at either the PaintAndSipStudio@gmail.com OR EncounterARtStudio@gmail.com and we will figure out where it went. Texting is faster, because my phone is never far away... whereas I am not in my email as often throughout the day... but I do check it at least daily.
VIDEO TUTORIALS: If ordering the VIDEO TUTORIAL.... I will be emailing you a link on where to access it in a private FaceBook Group. I will be using the FaceBook platform for this due to size of the file. I will send you a link to be added into a private group & you will need to accept the invitation to gain access to the videos. All the videos are in the process of being recorded now... and I anticipate having them all recorded, edited and ready for sending out very soon. In the video I will also explain what supplies are needed & discuss supply options and potential alternative ideas.
HOW TO PAY: You will find the Payment / Add To Cart Buttons listed below along with the picture. Please Read Each Box carefully to ensure you are selecting the right choice. When you click on the Yellow Add to Cart Button it will take you into a new page showing PayPal. This is the credit card processing company that my website company uses to process credit cards; however, you do NOT have to have a PayPal account. It usually has an option somewhere on the screen where you can say no or no thanks to setting up a PayPal account... & then the very next screen/page will be where it will ask you to enter your credit card information. It typically is very self explanatory BUT, if you have ANY ISSUES or problems, just reach out to me @ 419-413-0544 & I can always run your card by phone... so no worries or stress!!
WHAT IF I WANT SOMETHING CUSTOMIZED or DIFFERENT: If special arrangements need to be made for "any" part of this order... OR you want it to say something different... please communicate that in the COMMENTS Area of the form &/OR communicate that to me directly by phone... texting is best... because then I have it in writing with the correct spelling.
SHIPPING: If shipping needs to occur for the DIY ART KITS, I will communicate directly to you the postage price "before" shipping. In many cases shipping may be relatively low... but due to the nature of shipping heavier things such as wood blanks or all the various sizes of canvases... each order is handled individually. I am new to shipping... please be patient with me while I learn all of this. Once I learn more on how to save with shipping etc. I will have a more standard way of doing it, but until then it is case by case.
Please understand that if you order an ART KIT on WOOD, due to the nature of painting/staining wood... many color variations may occur. There will be various knots and wood grain marks and imperfections in wood. This particular Gnome project is on an outside treated piece of wood... with a slightly rougher texture to it. I will give each board a slight sanding, but there may still be a splinter since we're dealing with wood and these particular boards are fence pickets so sometimes they have a rougher texture to them... BUT they are green treated for outside so that means you could hang this Gnome wherever you'd like.
LOCAL PICK UP &/OR DELIVERY: If you are local to me (or somewhat local to Van Wert, OH...), you may pick up your project from my studio at a scheduled time. I do occasionally deliver items over to Lima, OH & Ft. Wayne, IN. so if that is an option that'll work... we can avoid shipping & set up a drop off / pick up time.
