The BELOW options are available as the selection or they can be sized so that you can mix & match them around... such as what is shown above on #1. Most people make them sized smaller to allow for the signing on the boards at the party. If you do NOT want it sized smaller, please put that in the comments so that I know to size it larger. The ABOVE design was created to be personalized as a Grad Sign & will have a Vinyl Stencil personally cut for the Name as well as the Congratulations that you will paint in... & will be sized accordingly based upon your choice of wood selected.All Color Choices will be made at the studio. Personalization Info MUST be submitted by Noon on the SUNDAY before the party!
During a Build-A-Board party, the focus is on projects that you paint & "assemble" & creativity... you will find that we will offer many options as you make it.
HOW TO REGISTER:
Registration for Wood party's involve 2 separate steps... 1.)Please complete the FORM ABOVE by filling in all the blanks... (such as your name, selecting your Wood Sign SIZE & letting me know what stencil you Need &/or want so that I can have all of your things ready when you arrive. If you are wanting anything personalized such as your name... or you want to mix & match in a different manner... communicate to me through the comments (&/or feel free to text or call me at 419-413-0544) but I MUST have this info by NOON on the Sunday before the party to allow plenty of time to cut & prepare your stencil. Anyone that does NOT get me this info, will be limited on options.
2.) Please go back to the calendar page & scroll down to your party date... and then select the "Add to Cart" button... this will take you through a brief check out process (it will go into a PayPal checkout... but you do NOT have to have pay pal).
NOTE: Grad Boards can be so much FUN to make & maybe you are having trouble deciding.... well we can be prepared for some last-minute changes in the design "if" you communicate that to me & let me know 1st about which items you like & may want... i.e., which cap, scroll, font choice, etc.
THINGS TO KNOW:
We do have a VIP... Grace, but this event may have a few seats available for parents etc. who may want to come & create. As our VIP, she will have reserved seating for anyone in her group... but the remainder of the room is open & available to anyone else.... both graduates as well as Moms / family & friends... (Such a GREAT GIFT IDEA!!! You get the FUN of making it & yet you are Providing Such a GREAT item for their sign in table during their graduation party!!!)
Painting will start promptly at 2 pm... but we are allowing plenty of time so that everyone can have FUN & enjoy creating. Some people may be done in 2-3 hours while others will use every minute of the 5 hours... LOL... & we are fine with all of it.
PLEASE NOTE... that This EVENT (GRAD SIGN'S) is a Great Gift Idea!!!
Every graduate NEEDS this for their sign-in tables at their upcoming graduation parties. We try to leave plenty of room so that family & friends can sign-in on the board & it will make such a Great Keepsake of this very Special Day.
